CAMBEO BETA TESTING PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into between the individual user (“Participant”) and Deepdale Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15171621), with its registered office at 83 Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JQ.
By signing up to participate in the Cambeo BETA testing programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. CONFIDENTIALITY
1.1 You acknowledge that, during your participation in the BETA programme, you may be exposed to features, designs, technical processes, or business strategies that are not publicly available (“Confidential Information”).
1.2 You agree not to disclose such Confidential Information to any third party (including but not limited to competitors, media, or unrelated organisations) unless and until such information becomes public through no breach of this Agreement by you.
1.3 This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect beyond the termination of the BETA and expires only when the Confidential Information becomes publicly available.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FEEDBACK
2.1 All feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input submitted by you (“Feedback”) during or after the BETA shall become the sole property of Deepdale Technology Ltd.
2.2 You hereby irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in and to such Feedback to us, and waive any right to compensation or recognition in respect of its use.
2.3 We may, at our discretion, use, reproduce, modify, publish, or incorporate Feedback into any of our current or future products or services.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1 The BETA App is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or errors.
<img src="./pjniikze.png" style="width:6.27847in" />3.2 Participation in the BETA is voluntary and at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage or disruption that may result from use of the BETA App.

4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
4.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
